Regole e condizioni d’uso di Project Brakeless
Ultimo aggiornamento: 28 ottobre 2026 · Versione 1
- insulti, molestie, bullismo, minacce o incitamento alla violenza;
- contenuti d’odio o discriminatori;
- contenuti sessuali o inadatti a un pubblico di 14 anni;
- dati personali di altre persone (nomi reali, indirizzi, numeri di telefono, immagini);
- pubblicità, spam, link a truffe o a siti pericolosi;
- contenuti illegali o che violano diritti altrui;
Monete, auto e oggetti

Rules and terms of use of Project Brakeless
Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Version 1
These rules apply to anyone using Project Brakeless (“the game”). By continuing in the game you accept them. The game is provided by Filippo Checchia under the RandomLab brand. How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
Who can play
The game is not directed to children under 14. If you live in a country where the law sets a higher age for accepting online services on your own, below that age the consent of a person with parental responsibility is required.
How to behave
The game has social parts: names, online rooms, chats, friends and clubs. Respect applies to everyone. The following are not allowed in names, club descriptions and messages:
- insults, harassment, bullying, threats or incitement to violence;
- hateful or discriminatory content;
- sexual content or content unsuitable for a 14-year-old audience;
- personal data of other people (real names, addresses, phone numbers, pictures);
- advertising, spam, links to scams or dangerous sites;
- illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others;
- names that pretend to be another person, a developer or RandomLab.
Cheating is not allowed either: programs that alter the game, its speed or its rewards, exploiting bugs to gain advantages, using several accounts to get around limits, attempts to break into the servers.
Reporting and blocking
From a player’s card you can report them (reason: name, chat, conduct, cheating, other), mute or block them. From a club’s page you can report the club. A chat report may include the last lines of that chat. Reports are read by us.
Moderation and measures
The game automatically filters some banned words in names and messages. If a rule is broken we may remove content, require a name change, disband a club, limit online features, or suspend or close an account. Where possible we explain why. We may act without notice when needed to protect other people or the game. You can ask for a review by writing to the contact below: we usually reply within 30 days.
Reporting illegal content
If you find content you believe is illegal, write to randomlabcompany@gmail.com saying where it is (player, club, room, date), why you think it is illegal and how to contact you. We review the report and reply. This address is also the point of contact for users and authorities (Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), in Italian or English.
Coins, cars and items
Coins, cars, customisations and other items in the game are virtual: they have no monetary value, cannot be sold, traded or transferred and stay tied to your account. The game is free and is supported by advertising, as explained in the privacy policy.
The service
- Online features depend on third-party services and on your connection: they may not always be available.
- We may update, change or discontinue features of the game; if a change significantly affects you we tell you in the game.
- You can stop at any time and delete your data from the game settings or as explained on the deletion page.
Liability
The game is provided “as is” and we do our best to make it work, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or always available. Content written by other players is the responsibility of the person who writes it. Nothing in this text limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Governing law and changes
Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If we change these rules in an important way we say so in the game and ask you to accept them again, updating the date and version above.
