Cancella i tuoi dati su Project Brakeless

Dal gioco (consigliato)

  1. Apri Impostazioni > Account e amici.
  2. Tocca il pulsante per cancellare i dati e scrivi la parola richiesta per confermare.
  3. Serve una connessione. Il gioco cancella i dati sui nostri server (progressi, economia, scheda giocatore) e l’account anonimo, poi riparte da zero. Se la cancellazione sul server non riesce, il gioco te lo dice e non cancella nulla: riprova online. Non si può annullare.

Se non hai più il gioco installato

Scrivi a randomlabcompany@gmail.com dall’indirizzo che preferisci, con oggetto “Cancellazione dati Project Brakeless”. Indica l’ID giocatore (in Impostazioni > Account e amici, se hai ancora il gioco) oppure il nome che usavi e, se lo ricordi, il codice amico (il nome seguito da #1234). Rispondiamo entro un mese dalla richiesta.

Cosa viene cancellato e cosa no

  • Cancellati dai nostri server: account anonimo, nome e aspetto del profilo, scheda giocatore, monete, auto, stelle della carriera, sfide, statistiche e loro copia di sicurezza, salvataggi. Esci dal tuo club: se lo guidavi passa a un altro membro, se eri l’ultimo viene sciolto; i tuoi inviti in sospeso vengono annullati. Sul dispositivo i file vengono messi da parte e il gioco riparte da zero; disinstallare il gioco li rimuove.
  • Restano, senza una scadenza automatica: i messaggi che hai scritto nella chat di un club (fino a quando ne arrivano 100 più recenti); i risultati delle gare online (posizione e tempo), in forma anonima per le gare giocate dopo l’aggiornamento di ottobre 2026; le ultime 50 segnalazioni per ciascun giocatore, comprese quelle inviate da te o su di te.
  • Non sotto il nostro controllo: i dati che Google (AdMob, Google Play Giochi), Unity (anche Friends, stanze e Multiplayer) ed Epic Games conservano come titolari autonomi secondo le loro politiche. Per il collegamento a Google Play Giochi: scollega l’account dal gioco prima di cancellarlo, oppure rimuovi l’accesso del gioco dalle impostazioni del tuo account Google (Dati e privacy > App e servizi di terze parti). Per la pubblicità puoi eliminare o reimpostare l’ID pubblicità nelle impostazioni di Android.
  • Gli altri giocatori possono aver visto il tuo nome in stanze e classifiche passate: non possiamo rimuoverlo dai loro dispositivi.

Delete your data on Project Brakeless

From the game (recommended)

  1. Open Settings > Account & friends.
  2. Tap the delete-data button and type the requested word to confirm.
  3. A connection is required. The game deletes the data on our servers (progress, economy, player card) and the anonymous account, then starts again from scratch. If the server deletion fails, the game tells you and deletes nothing: try again online. This cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the game installed

Email randomlabcompany@gmail.com with the subject “Project Brakeless data deletion”. Tell us your player ID (Settings > Account & friends, if you still have the game) or the name you used and, if you remember it, your friend code (the name followed by #1234). We reply within one month of the request.

What is deleted and what is not

  • Deleted from our servers: anonymous account, profile name and look, player card, coins, cars, career stars, challenges, statistics and their backup copy, saves. You leave your club: if you led it, it passes to another member; if you were the last one, it is disbanded; your pending invitations are cancelled. On the device the files are set aside and the game restarts from scratch; uninstalling the game removes them.
  • Kept, with no automatic expiry: messages you wrote in a club chat (until 100 newer ones arrive); online race results (place and time), anonymous for races played after the October 2026 update; the last 50 reports about each player, including those sent by you or about you.
  • Not under our control: data that Google (AdMob, Google Play Games), Unity (including Friends, rooms and Multiplayer) and Epic Games keep as independent controllers under their own policies. For a Google Play Games link: unlink the account in the game before deleting it, or remove the game’s access in your Google account settings (Data & privacy > Third-party apps & services). For advertising you can delete or reset the advertising ID in Android settings.
  • Other players may have seen your name in past rooms and results: we cannot remove it from their devices.
